Rimarts
This small, family run Cava winery is relatively young, managed by the second generation. The founder’s three sons follow their father’s attitude to cava making: long ageing, manual riddling, manual disgorging. The team is tiny – only the family –, therefore booking well in advance is necessary. The modern estate building is located at the edge of the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (15-minute walk from the centre).

Sabate i Coca
A family run Corpinnat winery led by the 4th generation. The estate is situated outside Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the stunning mansion is originally from the 18th century and it is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The most popular brand is Castellroig, a sparkling wine launched by the grandfather of the present owners.
